The organist truly know how and when to pull out the stops. His grandfather served as organist and raised him to play these pipes. The church has a dwindling congregation that has a long term survival plan to preserve the exquisite sanctuary and transform the cathedral house into mixed use housing and retail, a page out of the urban Episcopal playbook. I think the children's choir consists entirely of refugee children. They sang beautifully.
