The manager is rude, even when you make payments on time all the time, they still won't work with you. The employees are rude they hang up on people. I can't believe that they have no customer service skills. They aren't curtious of their clinets at all. Honestly don' t ever rent from them they are terrible. I have rented a couple thi gs from them and they all had to go back and get fixed because after opening them they don't work. They sold me a broken xbox and laptop. They take almoat 2 weeks to even send something in to get serviced. Overall bad and terrible experience. There are better place to rent-to-own from.
