one star only because it is mandatory. be careful with this place. I just saw a wood foot stool i threw in the trash for $30 on Craigslist. I know it was the one I tossed by marks my cat scratched into it. it is not an antique and who knows where items come from.
We dealt with the owner and a couple of the employees and I am surprised that they have such negative reviews. We left a deposit and later picked up the item and all went smoothly. Everyone was polite and we had no issues.
My sister gave the Jackass a $500 deposit, when he had the sale the few items he did sell we never received a dime. He is a rip off artist, do not trust him or use his services, he's has no morals and I really challenge his manhood.
This place is a joke. Based on other reviews, it is no surprise to me the way he handles his business. Besides not paying at estate sales, he also does everything he can to avoid paying employees. It will catch up with him soon enough, I just hope I am there to laugh while it happens.
Bought a few items. Very expensive I quickly noticed. I seen a beautiful last supper picture made in a silver inlay. Loved it. His female manager would not even attempt to negotiate, solid on 500 dollars....so I left it. Too rich for my blood... THEN..... 5 months later I walked into the Salvation Army and wasn't the same exact picture there (not his), but same. Ten bucks! Yup.... prices way too high for this guy! I scooped the same picture up to the letter T, for 490 dollars less, and it hangs on my wall.
