Disgusted.....We called to get price and they set our part aside. They advised if there were any problems we could return our item. So less than 24 hrs later we returned item with receipt because it was not the problem. They refused to take it back. It cost me $53.00. To some this may be pocket change but I have a family and that is hurting to us. They were rude and acted like we were dumb. They said dont you read the fine print on receipt? It is literally a stamp over other writing. You cant read it!! This will be the last time I ever do business with them. I will spread this like wild fire and hope people dont give them any other business. Rude and untruthful!!
I had problems with my Maytag electric dryer, so I went to Jacobys for parts. I wasn't sure of what the exact problem was, so the parts man suggested various parts to try, and if they weren't the cause, I could bring them back. I bought over $135 in parts. Come to find out that the problem was a $20 part that I hadn't bought yet. I returned the entire parts purchase with absolutely no hassles, bought the correct part, and my dryer has been running great ever since. The parts man took plenty of time to help me out also. I WILL be going back whenever I need something, and I WILL tell others about the service there.
Every time i go there very helpful great service some people dont get the fact if its an electrical part and u open it u cant return they tell u that thats why people get mad and give back bad feed back if u learned how to diagnois a problem first u wouldnt have to return it
