Its ridiculous i refuse to call ace taxi again i called for a ride and told them i needes to move a couple bikes so they charge me 5$ to drop the back seat down to make room then thwy charge me 5$ a piece for each bike they literally charged me to use the space i already piad for this companys worthless
The overnight dispatcher is amazing, very funny and kind. I never have a problem when she is on. She will answer the phone and by the time the conversation is over, you're laughing. Love her, thank you!!!!!!!

Contrary to popular belief we do in fact take credit cards. We always have, and we always will. And as far as anything people want to say about Uber versus a taxi, keep in mind over is not always cheaper than a taxi. Two Riders ride for the price of one at Ace quite often this is at a lower rate than Uber or Lyft, also the money that you give to Ace Taxi or any other of the local businesses that provide the same service is in fact local money that stays here. Uber is a major corporation the size of, say, Walmart? so if you want to give your money to a major corporation then exist outside of the state of New York, whose drivers are part-time amateurs and quite often don't even know where they're going, as opposed to drivers who are background check by the city of Utica Police Department, fingerprinted photographed, to professionally trained, you go right ahead.
Shaun/Shawn (Cab #7) was a fantastic driver!!! This was my first experience with a taxi service, and I couldn't be more satisfied. The car was comfortable, the drive felt safe, and the conversation was great. I'd recommend this service and specifically this driver to anyone!
