This has to be the worst Popeyes I have ever been to. Bathroom was completely disgusting and took us 15 minutes to order when we were third in line!

The guy taking drive-through orders was absolutely rude!! Cut me off well I'm talking in pretty much called me fat Then thought it was funny I just drove off never go there again
Waited 20 minutes in the drive through to have a drink dumped on my lap and the inside of my car. The manager who was too busy doing paperwork to help the one employee doing everything saw this happen and didn't even apologize. I had to ask for a napkin. When I called to ask for the number to their office to give feedback the manager claimed he did apologize and then suggested it was my fault that the drink was smashed into my hand with the lid half on. He then hung up on me before giving me the number. Won't be going back. Oh almost forgot...the employee who was preparing good, and also working the window, went into the dining room to get the drink lid he did not fully put on. Pretty sure that's a food safety no-no. Would give a zero of i could.
Every time I go there, it's a twenty minute wait and I always get the wrong order. Last time, I checked my order before leaving and saw something was missing. When I told the man at the window, he gave me an attitude about it and shut the window. The food is usually good and one of the guys that works the drive-thru is extremely nice. Only good part about it.
