Pretty slow and not very clean. Also a keypad on the restroom requiring a code?
Best choice for fast food in North Utica area. Not particularly fast and mistakes are frequent at this location, but compared to what else is neer by, this is safest bet if you don't want to become I'll. Other unnamed fast food chain locations within a 1/2 mile of here have actually made me physically sick for days.
Long wait at drive thru. Wrong order had to go in to get order corrected. Manager was very nice and remade order herself!

Terrible service. Get wrong food more often than not. Got a burger with no meat not too long ago. Get burgers lopsided and falling apart. Live Wendy's, but this one isn't worth it.
