I've been diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome and have been struggling with it for years. In hopes to find someone professional to help me beyond this point, I went to Chahfe's appointments.
This man doesn't even deservse a star.
Not only are the receptionists disgustingly rude, so is the man himself! To getting up and leaving me during my one on one appointment (mid conservation); to making fun of my hair color and piercings. This man has no boundaries, but I digress.
I had have been seen and received surgery from Dr Chahfe in the past with excellent results. I had gone to the emergency room with a sinus problem and was given an x-ray and a CT scan. It was determined I had a sinus infection, was prescribed an antibiotic and told to see an ENT as it appeared to them I them I had an on going problem. I called Dr Chahfe's office and the soonest I could be seen would be over a month later. I was told they were to request a copies of the x-ray and CT scan to have on hand for my scheduled appointment yesterday. I arrived on time for my appointment and Julie, the receptionist, informed me my appointment had been canceled and both the x-ray and CT scan were not there. I had received a phone call about the cancellation. (I live 35 miles from their office.) Was told to wait which I did. After about an hour and a half I left, vowing to never to return to that office again. Dr Chahfe is an outstanding phyician but his staff leaves a lot to be desired.
Over 15 years ago I had several surgeries on my left ear. My ear drum fell out and gotten infections and blood blisters. I was 100% deaf in my left ear. Dr. Chahfe did surgery on me to where I was then left with 60% of hearing finally obtained to my left ear. Ive never been more thankful. He isnt a rude man, just misunderstood. I can't say the same for his staff. Making an appointment with him soon.
I can go on and on about my terrible experience but it's not worth beating a dead horse. I just hope no one goes through what I went through.
Excellent doctor! My mother trained with him and he took my tonsils out and is our whole family's ENT. We love Dr Chahfe!
