Be careful when dealing with this office. I went to see the doctor and all he recommended was I go to wal mart and buy dr.scholls inserts. Absolutely nothing else was done that day. They sent the balance to the wrong address and eventually sent me to collection. I called them and offered to pay the balance and they wanted to charge me a collection fee to a collection company that did nothing for me besides affect my credit score. Save yourself a headache and stay away.
