Went in at 9:30am, treated and out 10:20am. Dr and Nurse we're great.
They took my money and got me into a room pretty quick....where they left me with no contact for an hour and a half. What an awful experience. The nurses didn't even come by to say why there was a delay. It wasn't busy either. There were 2 of us in the lobby, and 5 nurses laughing and sitting around at the reception area when i had to go ask what was going on. Go to an actual urgent care.
My wife was told she had bronchitis and discharged with no treatment few days later when she got worse we were able to get into her Drs where they told her it was pnuemonia and she needed antibiotics. There idiots here. My wife's suffering would of ended sooner if we had gone somewhere else will not return
Went in for my son's cold. Staff were so warm and friendly. We were out in less than half an hour. Doctor was awesome too.
Very pleasant staff, and excellent care.
