My experience wasn't pleasant at all and I'm just a visitor from Queens NY, my friend and I of African decent walked into this establishment and wasn't greeted for one. When we firsted walked in we waited for service to which we didn't get and there an employee that was making a pie and noticed my friend and I and never stopped what he was doing for a paying customer. We then assumed that customers would have to use the machine to place an order that was on the side adjacent to the cash register. While my friend and I was at the machine an caucasian customer walked into the restaurant a few minutes afterwards and was greeted immediately to which my friend and I was highly offended and immediately left to take our business elsewhere.
Love Palermo’s! Large menu! Approachable price points and it always helps when the foods great! A awesome family owned business and believe it or not I actually met my wife there!
Food good but hate how they talk to you. The rudest employees I ever experience!! They going to lose customers if they don't change their attitude.
This place treats me as a friend whether it's pick up or delivery. Good people. As always compliments to the chef and staff, I see you guys more than my family. Thanks always my friends, sorry about your manager.
This place is awesome, solid, and the people that work there are amazing. The supervisor this evening, is 100% out of bounds. No business should call up a customer to argue.
I love this place and order several times a week. The supervisor or manager, specifically tonight (Michael) I don't know how how he spells it), is a jerk. He even called to argue w me after a misinterpretated order that was meant for delivery vs pick up. This isn't typical for this place though.
I ordered through their app and a rude woman called to tell me they don’t deliver to my address. I pointed out that they’ve delivered to my address multiple times. I live 6 minutes away. She said “Well, we’re not gonna deliver there tonight”. This is the second time one of their employees has been rude to me. I stopped ordering from there for a while because of it. She reminded me exactly why I stopped. I’ll never give them my business again.
