One star is being generous, their customer service is beyond abysmal. We had them come out to give us an estimate and we eventually decided to go with them for the work we needed done. I called them multiple times to attempt to schedule, but apparently they only give estimates and dont actually do any of rhe work they quote for you. After several unreturned voice-mails they finally responded via voice-mail stating, "Sorry, we're busy we can't do your roof, we just can't. Bye."

I am so thankful, beyond words, at the amazing compassion i felt today from this wonderful lot of people. I was heartbroken about a cat being stuck on a 2story roof,..i called everyone i could think of, and NOONE would help me,.but this great business did not hesitate. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. It sounds silly, i know, but it was breaking my heart that i could not find a way,.and Cobblestone took all that anxiety from me!
I worked there before moving back to buffalo, It was a great place to work and the guys know there stuff when it comes to roofing and if you want a good roof call these guys!!!!
