Mr. Pelli talks a good game but just doesn't deliver. Had him check out several leaks - never managed to fix one of them, claimed he would guarantee the repair, but when it kept leaking he kept charging!
On behalf of the Parish Council and parishioners at St George Orthodox Church, I want to thank Russel Pelli and his crew from Northeastern for doing an excellent job. My husband called Russ to explain a problem that we had in a small section of our roof. Russ met me at the church the next day to assess the problem. Within a half an hour he was able to assess the situation and tell us what needed to be done. Prior to beginning the job, Russell took it upon himself to tarp the section that needed to be fixed. He checked the weather forecast and learned that it was going to rain the following day. We never would have thought that someone would do that for us. He went above and beyond and the price was more than fair. Northeastern is highly recommended by St George Church!!
