Room was excellent. King size bed with whirpool in the room. Didn't care for the breakfast but got a good night's sleep. Cookies at the front desk for guests were good.
Great experience at the hotel. The staff went above and beyond every single day to make sure our Military unit felt at home while travelling to the Utica/Rome Area. Personally they assisted me after we left early in the morning I left behind some personal belongings of significant value. Lynn made sure to keep in touch with me and when the items were recovered she had them sent out immediately. The next day I received my personal belongings.It is hard to find service like this anywhere now but this stay made me optimistic that quality and caring service still exists.
Booked a room for 5 people but got two queen beds. Room itself is OK. Temperature stable and heater/AC unit not terribly noisy. Room did not smell stale and air is not frightfully dry. Bathroom is OK. Breakfast is sufficient and FREE. Wi-fi sufficient and FREE.
Great staff. I booked through trivago and they charged me 3 times. The hotel staff was very helpful in getting it sorted out. I've stayed here since and they have continued great service. Clean rooms, and great staff. If you want the best and cheapest option, call the hotel. You pay for 3rd party sites.
Slightly above average Hampton Inn. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. They had cookies and meatballs out on the night we arrived which was a nice treat. The indoor pool was clean and a good temperature for swimming. Our room was clean and in good condition. Breakfast was standard, the staff member in charge was quick to replace items as they ran out. Would stay here again.
